Team Wisconsin -- Cindi Bannink and Mark Harms -- has taken the National Fastest State Team title at the Best of the U.S. Championship twice, in 2007 and 2009. Mark has raced five times, finishing 5th, 3rd, 7th, 3rd and 2nd. Cindi's five Championship appearances have resulted in 9th, 13th 4th, 7th and 3rd place awards.

Now, Wisconsin's Qualifier Race comes to Madison, to the Summit Credit Union Capitol View Triathlon. This beautiful, more accessible venue is the ideal complement for the new BOUS policy of inviting all the state medalists (top three). You'll swim in Mendota Lake, exiting along a seawall lined with cheering fans; cruise through the bike course's rolling hills and hammer its flat, fast stretches; and run entirely on trails within the park.
