Rage Triathlon April 16: Nevada's "hot spot" for BOUS qualifying
Over 1,000 triathletes will descend on Nevada's Boulder Beach at Lake Mead National Recreation Area this Saturday to vie for the six Best of the U.S. National Championship slots. Now in its eighth year, RAGE (formerly Rage in the Sage) Triathlon is one of
Nevada's "don't miss" events. As it has since the beginning, Rage's Olympic Distance race will qualify six Nevadans for Best of the U.S. National Championship berths. The 8th annual Rage Tri is produced by the
renowned BBSC Endurance Sports Team--the group who also bring us Utah's Qualifier in Park City. The day also includes a sprint and half-iron distance race––and most likely 80°!Last year's Nevada Top Three were:
1. Daniel Schultz and Nancy Dickinson
2. Erwin Vargas and Cicely Valenti
3. Dave Sharpless and Ashley Elias
